Bilingual Customer Service for Shopify Store
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Running a dropshipping store on Shopify, I'm currently receiving 20 orders a day. I need a dedicated customer service representative fluent in both Hindi and English to assist with daily customer calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirming orders with customers
- Verifying delivery addresses and landmarks
- Following up with customers in case of delivery failures
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or dropshipping industry. They should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a friendly demeanor to handle customer interactions positively. Experience handling delivery issues is a plus.
