Automotive Parts Online Store Setup - 04/05/2026 01:54 EDT - 04/05/2026 02:05 EDT
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a full-featured e-commerce site where I can effectively sell automotive parts. The domain is already live at https://fitsparemotors1-1yvi.vercel.app/, but it is only a placeholder; your job is to turn it into a production-ready storefront.
Core requirements
• Product catalogue that lets shoppers drill down quickly through makes, models, years, part numbers, or free-text keywords. Fast, intuitive product search and multi-level filtering is non-negotiable—this is how mechanics and DIY customers will find what they need in seconds.
• Smooth checkout flow with secure payment integration and automatic tax/shipping calculations for domestic and international orders.
• Responsive design so the store looks and performs equally well on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Clean admin dashboard where I can add, edit, or bulk-import parts, update stock, and see orders at a glance.
Nice-to-have features such as customer reviews or wish-lists can wait for phase two; right now I want to concentrate on speed, inventory accuracy, and a friction-free buying experience.
You’re free to suggest the best stack—Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom Next.js/React, or any other modern solution—as long as it is stable, scalable, and easy for me to maintain post-launch. If you already have a proven theme or components tailored to the auto-parts niche, let me know; VIN lookup, OEM/aftermarket cross-reference tables, or faceted search plugins would be a bonus.
Deliverable
A deployed, tested storefront at the existing URL, complete with demo data so I can see each workflow in action. Once I sign off, I’ll swap in the real inventory.
Please outline your proposed platform, timeline, and any similar sites you’ve built so I can assess fit quickly.
