- Recommendations for changes to adapt the site to the Netherlands market (eg shipping partners, delivery times, site structure, translations).
- Interview with a number of existing customers in Netherlands to understand what has worked well and what can be improved.
- Identify 2-3 Netherland sites that we can use as a reference going forward
