Art E-Commerce Website Build

I have a folder full of hi-res artwork images and I want them turned into a clean, responsive site whose sole purpose is to sell my pieces online. The storefront must feel like a gallery first and a checkout second, yet flow seamlessly between the two.

Key requirements
• Shopping focus: every artwork should display as an individual product with price, description, dimensions and a zoomable preview.
• Payments: checkout must accept Credit/Debit cards—Stripe is the obvious choice, but I’m open to any gateway that settles to my bank account just as smoothly.
• Customer accounts: buyers need the option to register, save addresses, track orders and view past purchases. Guest checkout can stay available, yet account creation should be encouraged.

Beyond that, I’ll need:
• Logical categories or filters (medium, size, series).
• Stock management that lets me flag limited editions.
• Shipping and tax rules I can adjust from the admin panel.
• Mobile-first design so the gallery looks perfect on phones and tablets.
• A back-end (WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or another modern CMS) that I can update myself after hand-off.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional live site on my domain, SSL-secured.
2. All my supplied images uploaded and arranged.
3. One-page admin guide covering product edits, order processing and adding new work.

Acceptance criteria
– Checkout processes a test Visa and Mastercard payment successfully.
– New user registration and order history display without error.
– Page load under 3 seconds on mobile 4G (tested with Google Lighthouse).

All images, copy and hosting access will be provided as soon as we start.
