About the Position:
As an Amazon Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients on the Amazon platform. You will assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and refund requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide support to customers throughout the order process and track order status.
- Assist customers in answering product-related questions and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. (Exceptional communication skills may be considered)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and focus on providing quality customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred.
- Candidates with a valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) are preferred.
