Residential Development Ecologist and Planning Expert

I'm in need of a qualified ecologist to write a short letter to planning, confirming that a roof has been recovered and cleaned and therefore no species are roosting in rafters. Please only apply if you are a qualified ecologist from a recognised university, and preferably a member of a professional body in the UK.I can provide proof of the roof works, pictures etc.
