Export project data, manifest and dependencies out of eclipse IDE as report

we are looking for a solution (preferable a separate plugin) for eclipse IDE to deliver as follows:
- get all plugins from a single project (we do have several projects), we need to select the project first
- readout manifest file, display manifest data, add description to manifest file (can be done manually)
- readout extension points, display extension points as list
- readout dependencies, display dependencies as list
- readout functions per plugin, display functions as list


All features are already available in Eclipse IDE and has to be used in a separat plugin to generate a data report. The report shall indicate:
- Report header using the main project data
- Plugins, Extension points, Dependencies, used Function as combined segments as required above
- Footer indicating date and project name

Data can be generated as HTML so we can printout via PDF printer.
