pdf to epub book

I am looking for a freelancer to convert my PDF file of over 50 pages into an Ebook in epub format. The source material is provided in the form of a pdf file. Experience with epub conversion is highly desired and applicants should include samples of past work or detailed project proposals in their application. The selected freelancer will be given access to the PDF file so they can assess its size and complexity.
