I need help in selling my ebook

Hello, I am looking for a dedicated freelancer to help me market and promote my ebook. This ebook is of the fiction genre. I need the freelancer to sell atleast 50 copies of the book and I would be releasing the payment here on freelancer for it. My budget is 4000 Rupees (50$).
