I need a freelancer to format and publish my book on kindle direct publishing

I am writing on behalf of my student, a 9 year old, who has written her first book. Her parents and I want to publish this book on Kindle through KDC (and follow with a hard copy). We are looking for someone who can take the current word draft as-is and do the end-to-end processes to get her book published.
