I need an ebook designer

This is a book on dealing with stress. I have had 5 books published - 4 in the traditional way and one self published. Most of the books are also on Amazon as ebooks. I would like to get an estimate for someone from Designer to put this ebook together. There are no pictures in the book. Below is a flip book I made from my PDF file on Designrr. I tried to do it myself on Designrr but I wasn't having much luck so I thought I would find what the fee would be if somebody from your place put it together. I really just need a nice cover. I think this ISBN number is good 0-9720664-0-3 I bought 10 a long time ago. If I already used it I have others.
