format my book for kindle createspace

i have a completed ms in Word 2016 - it includes 10 pages of images, but the rest is text (33 chapters), and it's around 280pp in length (double spaced). I wish it to be a paperback 6x9 book and an ebook available on Kindle/Amazon, but I'm certain it's not correctly formatted to their specs (margins etc), but I have tried everything to try and make it so; but cannot. I need someone to teach me - or to format it for me - while retaining the fonts etc I already have.
