eBook Designer for Writing Proposal PDF

I have a word document of my cookbook proposal. I need it formatted into a nice PDF proposal. Introduction, table of contents, sample recipes, etc. Completed document should be 10-13 pages. I'm expecting this to be 2-3 hours of work.

I will provide an exact example of what I'm looking for but it's very similar to an recipe eBook.

I will provide all the text & images.
