Scrivener Poetry Formatting Assistance
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a full manuscript of poems sitting in Scrivener and I need a fellow Scrivener-savvy writer in the Boise, Idaho area to polish it for publication. The two big hurdles are getting the page breaks and section dividers to land exactly where I want them and then running a clean Compile. I’ll also need each individual poem checked so line breaks, stanza spacing, and indentation survive the compile process intact.
Once the project looks right inside Scrivener, I’d like to export it—ideally in every format a small press might ask for: PDF, ePub/Mobi, and Word. If you know tricks for tweaking the Compile settings to hit all three targets without rebuilding presets from scratch, even better.
Here’s what I’m hoping you can walk me through and, where needed, do for me:
• Tidy up page breaks and section settings inside the Scrivener project
• Fine-tune formatting for each poem so it remains consistent after export
• Configure Compile presets that output flawless PDF, ePub/Mobi, and Word files
• Deliver the final Scrivener project file plus the three finished exports
We can screen-share, meet at a Boise coffee shop, or work out another local solution—whatever lets us move quickly. If you’re fluent in Scrivener’s compile pane and have formatted poetry before, I’d love to get started right away.
