Oakenshield - The Great Bear King

The book is aimed at helping children to overcome their fear and anxieties and to live a Fearless Future. It is a story in which the child is actually part of the Adventure and so written in the first person. The story is about 10 chapters long and will run alongside a personal adventure in real life in which the child uses Graded Exposure to overcoming a fear and anxiety to help the story move along. It also focuses on introducing positive values such as facing fears, love, courage, intuition, vulnerability and seeing the bigger picture. Alongside the story there are a series of worksheets, reward badges a map which helps guide the parents and child through the story

The book is really aimed at boys suffering from anxiety between the ages of 5-11. I developed this as a way to help my son overcome separation anxiety.

The book is about 10 chapters, 31,903 words. I am looking for this to be professionally edited and improved and also for checking the flow and any inconsistencies in flow and plot
