Non-Fiction Book Formatting Expert Needed

I'm seeking a professional to format my non-fiction book for both print and eBook versions. My manuscript is currently in Google Docs.
Hi. I am writing a non fiction book. I want to upload on amazon for kindly. Secondly I want to have a print copy which will be sold through amazon. The first draft had 550 pages so presently cutting short the number of pages to around 350 pages. So first job is the kindle formatting and second id formatting for print using InDesign. The book will have 90 chapters with each chapter having one illustration ( the first page of every chapter ). Is it ok if I am working on google docs ? In which format you need the document ? what will be the cost ?
