Make Ebooks for Us (.mobi, .pdf, epub, flowable, reflowable)

I'm looking for a good ebook maker. We work with many authors and this could be on-going if your price is fair. Typically we need a .pdf and .mobi. Most of the time they are picture books and we don't need reflowable, but occasionally we have chapter books that need reflowable content.
I'm looking for quality over speed - someone that knows their way around different programs to accomplish different things.
Most likely we'd be trying you out and if things go smoothly, we'd be able to get you more work as needed.
