Looking for fiction authors with finished pieces

Hi! I'm a talent scout for a digital publishing company. I'm looking for authors with finished pieces to publish under non-exclusive agreements (this means that you will retain all the rights to your work). The revenue comes from a royalty-splitting system.
The pieces will be published in a serialized format, so the length is an important requirement.
