Livre blanc

We do not have the final title of the work so we use Livre blanc. The livre blanc will first be edited as a Ebook and, if the reception is good, a printed version will be done. We, as I said, we first want to start doing the Ebook version.
The book (ebook) is about phytonutrients, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and such scientific things. The book/Ebook is pretty scientific but it is addressed to basic people that want to include phytonutrients in their foods choice and also people that want to understand what is an antioxydant. It is pretty scientific but written in a popular wording.
The book/Ebook, will be about 45000 characters/ 200 to 225 pages including graphics, pictures and art work. It will have plus ou minus 10 chapters. The book/Ebook will include up to 50 pictures and 5 to 7 graphics. Presently, wording is on Word and graphics on Xcel. For the graphics, we have an infographics that will transfer them in the required format. For the picture, I prefer to have a first draft of the book to include them.
We want the Ebook on a EPUB approach able to handle flowing and non-flowing . We also need a protection as Digital Rights Management.
To do so, we bought the Designrr basic system. That basic software looks to be suitable but, we can upgrade if necessary as long it is a single payment and not a monthly subscription. We can even scrap the Designrr if we have made a bad choice. We are not familiar at all with programming. We are now looking for somebody thta knows about Designrr to assist us making/ building the book.
Are you interested to the mandate, how do you see your implication and do you have an estimate on the number of hours you will need to do the mandate?
