Help me make and distribute a podcast

I have written a memoir entitled "Love Loss and Lust" under a pseudonym. It's 30.000 words approx and I think it would work well as a podcast or an e-book The genre would be scripted non-fiction, I would perform it as perhaps a weekly 20' podcast. Hopefully it would be amusing. Target audience would be all women but especially those over 50. I need someone with experience to do the technical and especially marketing side with/for me. I'm open to all your suggestions.
