Ghostwriter needed for a 200-300 page novel/story book

The project is for a book or novel and may take anywhere between 3 to 6 months depending on how creatively the plot evolves and how quickly the book/novel is satisfactorily completed. I will be providing the basic plot or synopsis around which the story will revolve and the ghostwriter is given as much literary freedom to expand the story, establish the characters and the like. To evaluate ghostwriter candidates, I will be requesting for sample works. The chosen ghostwriter for this project will be compensated between US$3,000 and US$5,000 depending on experience and testimonials on quality of work, paid out on milestone basis.
