Ghostwriter for non-fiction workplace themed book

I'm looking for a native English speaker who is experienced in writing non-fiction books. I have an idea on a work-from-home topic that I would like to put into writing, as I have been working from home for the last few years and know the struggles. The book should be fun and engaging with plenty of tips for the manager / employee to implement easily in their day to day life. I'm looking for around 200 pages but this can be discussed once we look at the outline of the book together. I am open to discuss the project fee as well.
