Ghostwriter/Editor/Graphics - Ebook Designer

I have a draft 32-page ebook that needs to be proofed, edited and updated with additional content on non-profit board leadership and strategic planning. I would like 35-50 pages, however, some content/resources already included may need to be removed or re-organized into separate documents or resources - if they don't align well. Once the content is finalized, the book needs to include an appropriate cover and relative graphics that mirror my logo color/look and feel throughout. I am looking to obtain a professionally developed ebook in final form worthy of monetizing most immediately.
