Ghost writing fictional novel

I would like to hire someone to write a fictional novel based on a true story that happened to me. I want to turn this into an ebook/audiobook. I'm looking for it to be about about 200-300 pages or around 5-6 hours of audio. I will recount the true story and then I would like the writer to use their creativity to embellish the story and create a compelling world around it.

This story is a tale of my encounter with a UFO and what happened to me and my friends. I want the story to be a fictional version of this real life event with fictional characters and a interesting backstory.
