Get a rare book scanned to pdf from JMI(Jamia Millia Islamia) library

I need a book to be procured from a good library and scanned to pdf. The title of the book is -"Translation of Khilafat and Jaziratul-Arab: the address of Maulana Abul-Kalam Azad / Bengal Provincial Khilafat". This book is not available online. It has to be procured from a library- like the Jamia Millia Islamia library. I don't need any translations. I need the book with the exact title. See attached cover page.
