Formatting my book, 'Sikine Wild' for kdp

The book is done and in print, but not well formatted. Also, I have done some revisions, but everytime I try to load it into kdp, it does not come out correctly. I need formatting help from someone that knows how to format for submitting a finished book to kdp. My book is called "Stikine Wild - The Wilderness Years' and is available from Amazon
