Formatter needed for children's picture book published on Amazon KDP and Ingramspark

I am looking for a formatter for my children's picture book. It is a relatively short book of 25 pages. The front and back cover also need formatting. I already have all the illustrations ready, so I do not need assistance with that. What I am looking for is someone who can really make the book stand out with the use of fonts and formatting. The finished product must be ready to be published on Amazon KDP and Ingramspark.

Skills and experience needed:
