Format my current ebook

I hired an editor but they did not format my book properly. The kindle version is a nightmare and the actual paperback is even worse (too large, too many pages) I’m looking for someone to help me not only format it but upload it to Amazon in ebook form and paperback. I have problems with understanding frame size.
