First time author seeking experienced steamy romance ghostwriter

I'm looking for an experienced ghostwriter to help a first-timer writer getting my first three books published.
I want to build an on-going working relationship and my plan is to release one book per month so there is an opportunity for long term work.
Ideally, you can
-write 10-15k words per week
-be a native/fluent english speaker familiar with US English/keyboard/spelling
-Be able to meet deadlines. (Please do not apply if you are not a high achiever and diligent about meeting or exceeding deadlines. I offer a bonus if you are able to turn in milestones and/or finished manuscripts early.)
-available to start immediately
I'll provide themes and tropes but I'm searching for stories that are plot driven contemporary romance with lots of twists and turns.
