Fiction writer to help me write a fictional book

I am looking for someone to help craft a fictional book. I have the storyline and some characters developed. I am looking for someone to do the writing and help me develop the story further. A ghostwriter type person. This will require a fews hours a week commitment and may last 1+ years. I will be the sole author when published.
