Ebook formatting, cover and graphics

I am looking for a talented freelancer to help with an ebook project. My manuscript is in Word format and I have some ideas of what I would like the cover and graphics to look like but I am open to suggestions. The final ebook should be less than 5000 words. If you think you can help create a visually appealing and engaging ebook, please let me know. The focus of the book is a resource guide of 10 tips for women in business. The working title is "SmartWomen/SmarterChoices". The 10 tips are how to harness time, energy and profitability.
