Dzone Book edit and publisher

I am looking for someone to help me publish my book on an Dzone or InfoQ or Elsevier platform. My book is already fully edited and ready for publishing; I just need someone to help me out the rest of the way, if any editing is required they've to do. In addition to assistance with the publishing process, I am interested in obtaining a cover design for my book and any other additional marketing services that might help increase its success.
