Convert content to ebook using images and inforpgrahics.

We have around 21 topics which are in form of text in pdf. we want to convert these files into a presentable ebook which also can be printed in hard copy. The main objective is to select good images, create alignment of text, make it presentable. Add Logo and color harmonization. I have attached sample text of one topic.
