This email is in light of our request for a quotation on proofreading and editing an eBook (no need to rewrite the whole eBook).
To give you a background regarding the paper it has 26 pages and is for potential clients and Industry Experts. With that, we are looking for a tone that is professional and B2B oriented. We do love the content already, but we spotted some grammatical errors and plenty of room for improvement on having a more polished native-speaker type of English.
These are a couple of examples from the first few pages for you to understand what we are looking for:
