Book formatting for paperback and ebook

I have written two books - literary fiction [83000 words]. I am looking for someone to format it and design the covers. In addition I would like them to help me upload the same onto platforms such as Ingramspark, Amazon, Kindle etc. Hence I need someone who is familiar with the specs required by these sites for the interior of the book as well as for the cover. I have everything ready to go.
