Book editing/formatting for Kindle and paper back

Hi there!
I am looking for a freelancer to format my book for Kindle and paperback.
The book is not very long ( 61 pages). It is a book of fun and weird facts for kids and there are a total of 1232 facts that are all 1 sentence long. The book will be black and white so I would like the format and delivery of the facts to be pleasing and stimulating to the eye.
I didn't have anything too complicated in mind. We have 31 chapters in total about different topics so I was thinking of having a half a page picture at the beginning of each chapter (which I will provide to you) and then all the facts of that chapter to be placed into something that matches or is related to each chapter they are in, like: a cool box, a brush, a pen, a bubble, a frame or anything interesting to the eye so that each fact are numbered and separated and easy to read. I have added an example of a facts page with the facts each in little boxes to give you an idea of what I mean.
I really don't think this job would be too hard or take long for someone that is experienced with book formatting.
