Book Cover and Interior Layout Designers for a Chinese-language book

I am looking for a Chinese-speaking designer to do the book cover and interior layout of a Chinese book. The book is about 90K Chinese characters, 175 pages (including the top pages), with about 35 tables (mostly numbers originally from Excel templates). It is black and white.

A manuscript in Word format will be provided.

A copy of the English version of the book can be made available. This would be a useful reference for this Chinese version.

Note: Knowing Chinese is important to do the layout.
