Author Assistant

i need someone to be my expert and assistant in all publishing matters
i have a site
and have 6 Children's books currently with great potential
i have uploaded a few as ebook on amazon but need someone whos an expert in the industry and can be my right hand in all things that have to do with formating uploading to all possible platforms and hopefully id like someone who can optimize my existing site so i can sell my books on my site and other merchandise
i will be interested in a regular monthly hire and the better we do and more we sale the better i can pay .
