Amazon eBook and print on demand paperback 10,000 words

First time writer. I have a project pretty much written in a Word document. I need someone to Format/Edit it properly to publish via Amazon Kindle, I think. Would like a print on demand option too. Need Cover design too. Also, am considering adding photo's in a center section of the book if possible and feasible. It's a short book, a little under 10,000 words right now. Should be pretty simple for someone who has done this before, I would think.
