Polish & Format eBook

I have a completed e book manuscript that now needs a thorough professional polish before release. The text must be copy-edited for clarity, tone consistency, grammar, and punctuation, then laid out into a clean, bookstore-ready PDF. I am looking for a fluid reading experience: consistent headings, smart use of white space, clickable table of contents, page numbering, and tidy margins that hold up on any device.

I will need to have these details embeded into the ebook also and may need your assistance to find and develop these:
• Images
• Tables
• Graphs/Charts

A smooth visual flow is essential—captions aligned, styles uniform, and all figures high-resolution.

I work primarily in Word and PDF, so I’ll provide the manuscript with inline notes showing where each visual belongs. Feel free to move to Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or a similar tool for layout as long as the final output is a fault-free PDF and I receive the editable source file as well.
