Middle School U.S. History Ebook
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My goal is to turn my middle-school Modern History curriculum on the United States into a richly formatted, student-friendly digital textbook. The manuscript content is nearly complete; what remains is the expert touch that will transform it into an engaging, accessible ebook for tablets, Chromebooks, and standard e-readers.
The work involves:
• Structuring twelve chronologically arranged chapters that cover Reconstruction through the early 21st century.
• Laying out text, maps, timelines, and primary-source excerpts so they read well on 7–10″ screens.
• Embedding review quizzes and clickable glossaries (HTML5 widgets or similar lightweight solutions are fine).
• Sourcing a small set of public-domain or licensed images to break up long passages and meet fair-use guidelines.
• Delivering clean EPUB (reflowable) and print-ready PDF files, verified for accessibility tags (WCAG 2.1 AA) and EPUBCheck compliance.
Acceptance criteria
– Table of contents and internal links function on Kindle Previewer and Apple Books.
– All figures, captions, and footnotes scale correctly in portrait and landscape orientation.
– No validation errors in final EPUB; PDF passes pre-flight for K-12 print on demand.
