Lulu Book Design/Formatting

I am looking for assistance laying out a book for Lulu self publishing. Manuscript is clean and ready. I need help flowing the copy into a layout in the proper formats for print and e-book. For the print version, there are a number of illustrations that need to be placed throughout the book and on the cover. I can scan the illustrations to whatever specs you need.

The manuscript is 146 pages (google doc) and the word count is 48,369 including table of contents. Timeframe is flexible (by end of summer 2021 would be great).
