KDP Formatting & Publishing Help

I have a completed non-fiction manuscript that I want available on both Kindle Unlimited and standard KDP storefronts. What I now need is the final polish and technical work that will let Amazon accept the book the first time around.

The scope includes:
• Editing the interior file so it meets every KDP specification, then formatting it twice—once as a reflowable EPUB for the eBook and once as a print-ready PDF (6"×9") that passes the bleed and margin checks. You are free to work in Kindle Create, Vellum, InDesign, or any tool you trust, as long as the output uploads without errors.
• Designing a professional, eye-catching cover from scratch, delivered as a full wrap for print (front, spine, back) and a separate eBook cover JPEG, both in KDP’s required dimensions and under the 50 MB limit.
• Supplying the final, validated files plus a short hand-off note that lists the fonts, images, or stock elements used so I can answer any future rights questions.

Acceptance criteria
1. The EPUB passes Kindle Previewer with no issues.
2. The PDF is accepted by KDP’s print preview on the first attempt.
3. Cover files display crisply at all zoom levels and meet KDP size limits.
4. I receive the source files and ready-to-upload versions for both formats.
