My completed EPUB uploads fine everywhere except Kobo, which keeps throwing the error “OPF file failures – [title] tag is empty.” I’ve already poked around with a few metadata edits in the OPF, so you’ll be working with a file that has seen some light tinkering. I believe I’ve spotted a couple of suspect metadata fields, but the issue persists.
