Educational Print & eBook Layout

I have an educational manuscript that now needs to become a polished, publication-ready product in two formats: a professionally typeset print edition and a fully functional eBook. You will take my final Word document and transform it into a press-ready PDF for print, then adapt the same layout so it works seamlessly as a reflowable ePub (and, ideally, a Kindle-friendly version as well).

For the print side, set up master pages, margins, bleeds, and a clean baseline grid, then apply consistent paragraph and character styles throughout. Heading hierarchies, call-out boxes, and exercise sections should be easy to follow and visually appealing. The finished PDF must be CMYK, with fonts embedded and all preflight issues resolved before hand-off.

For the eBook, convert the design into an ePub that passes EPUBCheck, preserves the visual hierarchy, and includes a hyperlinked table of contents plus internal links where required. It should display correctly in Kindle Previewer, Apple Books, and Google Play Books without odd line breaks or missing images. Accessibility tagging would be a plus, given the educational audience.

I will supply:
• Final text in Word
• Cover artwork and ISBN
• Any image assets already optimized for print and screen

I need back:
• InDesign (or equivalent) packaged source files
• Print-ready PDF
• Validated ePub (and MOBI if possible)
• A brief set of upload instructions for KDP and IngramSpark

Please share a sample spread early in the process so we can lock the visual direction, then proceed to the full layout once approved. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Sigil or Calibre, Kindle Previewer, and standard pre-press requirements is essential.
