Convert PDF to Kindle Create

I need my PDF book converted for ebook on Amazon KDP upload as an ebook. I have the cover as well. my book is all text no pictures. it is a novel. I need it to be REFLOWABLE. my self publishing company keeps putting in the page numbers and the text is way to far from all four sides. even on the largest font setting people cannot read this book

Requirements:
- Convert PDF for upload to Amazon KDP- Remove page numbers, reflowable for all devices, small header of title at top of each/or every other page
