Complete Formatting for "Practical Realist" Book

I am not looking for milestone payments, I need one flat price to complete the entire project.
Project: Finalizing The Practical Realist
I have a fully written and complete manuscript including the Introduction, Prologue, Chapters 1–14, Acknowledgments, and About the Author. I also have final cover art that includes a full paperback wrap with front, back, and spine, plus a separate front cover for the eBook. All manuscript sections are organized as individual files and ready to compile, and I have a finalized outline for the Table of Contents.
The work required includes compiling all sections into one master document by merging the title page, copyright, epigraph, introduction, prologue, chapters, acknowledgments, and about the author into a single, fully formatted manuscript. Two final versions must be produced: a print-ready PDF for KDP paperback and a fully formatted EPUB for Kindle. Formatting must follow professional standards with a trim size of 6” x 9” for the paperback, Merriweather as the body font, all chapter titles, section titles, and headings in bold, and each chapter beginning mid-page with a full-width line beneath the title as shown in the screenshot I will provide. A properly formatted Table of Contents must be created for the paperback and a fully clickable TOC for the EPUB. Page numbers must be placed in the outer corners of the paperback (bottom-left on left pages, bottom-right on right pages), with no page numbers on the title page, copyright page, or front matter.
The final PDF must meet all KDP print requirements including correct margins, gutter, and embedded fonts. The EPUB must pass Kindle Previewer with clean, reflowable formatting and no technical errors. The specific tasks include compiling all manuscript sections into one master file, formatting to 6” x 9” with Merriweather font, ensuring all titles and headings are bold, setting chapters to start mid-page with a full-width line beneath the title, creating a clean TOC for paperback, creating a clickable TOC for Kindle EPUB, adding page numbers in the correct positions, exporting a KDP-compliant print-ready PDF, exporting a Kindle-ready EPUB that passes Kindle Previewer, and delivering both final files ready for upload.
