Amazon KDP eBook Publishing Help
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a finished e-book sitting in PDF format and a cover that is already print-ready. What I need now is a smooth journey from this PDF to a live Kindle title on Amazon KDP.
Your role will be to:
• Convert the PDF into a Kindle-friendly file (EPUB or KPF), keeping the layout, clickable table of contents, and any images intact.
• Draft an engaging, keyword-rich book description (up to Amazon’s 4,000-character limit), choose seven strong search keywords, and pick the most relevant two BISAC categories.
• Populate all remaining metadata fields—author bio, subtitle, series info (if relevant), and age/grade range—so the listing is complete on day one.
• Upload or guide me through uploading everything inside my KDP dashboard, double-checking that the previewer shows no formatting issues on phone, tablet, and Kindle e-ink devices.
Acceptance is simple: the title must appear in my KDP Bookshelf with the status “Live” (or “In Review”), free of formatting errors, with the description and metadata exactly as provided. If you prefer to hand over ready-to-upload files and a step-by-step guide instead, that works too—just let me know upfront.
Experience with Kindle Create, Calibre, or direct HTML/EPUB editing will be a plus. Looking forward to seeing my book on Amazon soon!
