I need an Amazon Web Services expert who can show me how to setup my AWS account for hosting photos for ebay listings -- 2

I'd like to use AWS to host photos for my ebay listings, but don't know how to configure my AWS account to enable public access to the photos in my AWS bucket. I have tried to set up the account, but I get "access Denied" messages when I attempt to view the photos via a browser.
