eBay shop front and Amazon Store front

We are looking for a designer who can create 3 professional looking and attractive shop fronts for eBay. Each shop front can have a similar layout / appearance in the background, the only difference being the logos and shop front text, return details etc etc. We use an API called StoreFeeder to control our listings and inventory therefore we don't need any back office stock listing tools or inventory control. The store front must be both PC and mobile friendly and the applicant should have experience of ebay shop rules and Amazon store front rules and regs in order to maximise the search potential of each shop.
We also also seeking someone who can also write a Storefront for Amazon for one Amazon account.
